Luma Care Management ("Luma," "we," "us," or "our") provides a care coordination platform that connects Care Partners (family members and other authorized care circle participants) with Caregivers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the Luma mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Luma, including:

• Care Partners* — family members and other authorized individuals who set up or participate in a care circle, invite caregivers, and coordinate care for a care recipient.
• Caregivers* — individuals who join a care circle to document care activity, share updates, and support authorized care coordination.

References to "you" mean any user of the Service, unless a section clearly applies to a specific role.

## 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate the Service securely.

When you register for or use Luma, we may collect information such as:

• Your name
• Email address and/or phone number used for authentication
• Authentication credentials and security-related account data
• Account and language preferences

### 2.2 Care and Coordination Information

Depending on your role in a care circle, you may provide information such as:
